Can't log in half the time I repeatedly get the "an unknown error has occurred" message when I try to log in, but I can use the website fine. Why do you even have an app

Great app when it works
Want to use, but unusable I so much want to use mobile banking app, but I've been greatly disappointed with the last two releases. I'm unable to access account details...it gets an error code and goes back to the sign in screen. Same as previous release.
No issues to date. Simple and Straight forward. All the convenience of an Automated Teller Machine without having to drive to the "ATM". Deposit Checks, Verify Accounts, Transfer to other BI Accounts, and More all from your MOBILE PHONE.
Transactions? ? I can't view any transactions. It will show its loading, then signs me out!? Please help!!
