Thank you for fixing all (well most) of the nuisance issues from previous versions. The added fingerprint capability is much appreciated!
The new mobile deposit stinks compared to the old version. It takes the image before it has a chance to focus, forcing you to retake the image, sometimes several times.
Invalid password Ive had to go into the bank personally 3 times due to "invalid password" ive changed my password & even written it down yet i still have this problem. Switching banks now
"Invalid Password" I've been using this app for a while now but now it won't let me log in. I've gone into the bank and had my password reset but it only worked one time and now says it's "Invalid" again. Not a good app, not worth the time and frustration.
Hate the app, hate old second I deposited a payroll check over 24 hrs ago, and even though I got an email stating my deposit was accepted, it doesn't show it available or even pending. With Chase and Fifth Third, my deposit is available within an hr or so. I called customer service, and they said it could take up to 48 hrs to show up...ARE YOU KIDDING ME! So much for the convenience of electronic banking.
This app works fine and I can see my account very conveniently, when I installed the app it asked to notify me whenever there's a transaction I said yes, but it doesn't and I don't how to make it notify me there's no option for it.
