Wont recognize my user I had absolutely no problems with the app, until one day when it suddenly started telling me my username and password were incorrect! I haven't altered them in any way, the app is up to date, and my account is not closed. I just want to have this problem fixed so I can have my transactions and balance with me, not miles away at my bank.
Can't transfer through the app to my other accounts. Why have the app then? Have it freak out and say its not connected to neither data or Wi-Fi when it clearly is? No thanks. I've been to the bank like 7 times already and even they can't do it. Smooth experience so far. Fix this please. Yours truly a dissatisfied customer.
The app is locking me out of my account all the time. User/password incorrect. It's not, I have it written down. I have to call to have it unlocked.. This used to be good, not anymore. I have to log on to my computer to open my account now..
User/pass incorrect.... All the damn time.. website or app fix your systems!! Even though my password is correct I can't even reset my password using your link without getting a half a pages worth of SQL errors...
Of all days.. it's when I'm making a big purchase.. the bank has technical issues.. can't check balances, card get rejected, and no answers..
Awesome!! Love this app! All the negative reviews are because people haven't activated the feature with the bank! It works great, and it's an awesome bank!
Put AIB Mobile on your phone, and your accounts in your hand
