The app is fine I suppose. Not very much that you can do with it. I gave this one star because since the recent mergers with CVCU the customer service is awful. There seems to be no accountability. I have had several issues with this bank. While I always seek to use local banks and credit unions so that my money stays in my community I would caution against this one. For two weeks I have tried to get a payment posted to my credit card to no avail..this is only one of the issues I have had..This bank has lost its personal touch..keep shopping ..
App isn't the problem The app works. It's that rotten credit union. I wish NWGCU had not sold out. These cats are crooks. I'm changing banks as soon as I can.
Used to work with basic functionality, but now won't even let users log in keeps saying invalid password, it never changed? It's not just me it's a couple friends too. It seems to have lost some features too, like I used to be able to go further back and track transactions and move money between accounts seamlessly,not any more.
I was really looking forward to using the app to check my account from time to time but I can't even log in! Keeps telling me Invalid Password! I know my password! Please fix this!!! :(
Nope Kept logging me out each screen I went to. It also won't let me deposit a check. My mom's app let's her deposit a check, why can't this one?
Can't figure out how to deposit a check. When I click on deposit it just takes me back to login screen over and over. Anyone know how to do this? I'm beginning to think I should switch banks. One that has opening hours on Saturday and an app that works right and isn't complicated to use.
