I don't like that if u type in ur password wrong on accident 3 times u have to completely reset everything. I also don't like having to change passwords so often when I'm not expierncing any issues. Also,the process of setting up the app in itself is difficult. I don't like how at night or on weekends it doesn't operate that well.

This app has been easy to use so far. The only thing I don't like is the 2 separate balances such as available and current balance can get confusing. The online sign up was not an easy transfer from online to the app.

Starting to hate this app. Keeps logging me out and when I try to log in it says its incorrect. Im 100% its the right password. I've had to call customer service to reset it and when they ask for the last known password its right.. so why can't I log in🙄🙄😒
