Ratings and reviews

Need to update to a more modern touch and feel. Also need to add the ability to turn on the flash for taking pictures of checks. The shadows from my hands and the phone make the pictures difficult. ADD ABILITY TO TURN ON FLASH FOR DEPOSIT PICTURES!!! HOW HARD CAN THIS BE??? Nearly a year after my initial review and still no ability to turn on the flash for making deposits. If you do not know how to do this, I would be happy to write an enhancement story for your den team.

Update: App still bad. Now if I click the "Save User ID" option it won't log me in at all. Just spins. App just has problems. Just spins on logins sometimes. When leaving app to go get the 2 factor Auth code in my text, it just logs me out sometimes and I end up in a loop where I can never login. Screens freeze when loading. Poor user interface.

This app and their website are both horrible. I am ready to switch banks because of the ongoing issues with these. IT constantly tells me there is a security issue on my first login attempt and I am pulling my password from a log book or from being saved in google. They constantly have login issues. Plus the app is clunky and the navigation sucks.
