Ratings and reviews

it's absolutely horrible. it's clow, connecting things like zelle is like pulling teeth, your transactions and balance doesn't immediately show up, (maybe several hours later), communication via the app is horrible. it's buggy. if you try transferring money your account doesn't even show up and don't even get me started about linking other banking institutions to the app. if I could give it zero stars I would.

Only problem with the app is that the check deposit feature DOES NOT WORK. Called support and was advised to delete and reload app. After doing so THREE TIMES, check deposit feature still doesn't work. Other than a 2+ hour drive to deposit a check once a month since that feature doesn't work, it's a good app.

The app works great & I get assistance in a timely manner when I submit a message.
