App support is horrible. When app screws up all they can do is reset and you have to do all new id and password. No one will email or call back. No one can answer why the app locks me out when I put in correct info.

App is great till now,(for android) the app is unresponsive and is stuck on one screen, if someone can look into this please do and thanks.
