Ratings and reviews

It works. But this UI is terrible and unintuitive. Why does it takes so many clicks to do everything? I primarily use a CMA account and am shown only one recent transaction on the account page. I can't even see a good picture of my positions without extra clicks. And why is it so ugly? There's so much stuff thrown on the screen in an unappealing way that I'm not even interested in looking at. The Fidelity apps and website just seem dated and cumbersome.

Lots of useful information about your Fidelity account at your fingertips however, since the new UI, the app has become very sluggish. Sometimes, it takes up to 5 seconds just to respond to an item selection. If I go back to the old UI, I don't see this behavior. If not for the unresponsivenes, I'd give it 5 stars. Update: After uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it appears to be much more responsive.

Investment accounts fail to load periodically and various features of the app don't always work. I'm running a new android phone and have never had a consistent experience on this new device or others. I've also had these experiences for the past 2 years when I began using fidelity services so it's strange that these problems have persisted for this long. Overall disappointed and unacceptable for such a large financial company.
