When it works it's great sadly most of the time it doesn't. In the app store it tells me it's installed. I look for it in my apps drawer and it's nowhere to be found. I literally have to open it from the app store. I've tried deleting and reinstalling and no luck. I just upgraded to pixel 8 pro and have the same problem. It shows the app installed but it's nowhere in my app drawer or search bar

It's infuriating having to sign in twice! The app take you to the web to sign in, then brings you back to the app to sign in again! It doesn't "remember you for next time." If there's no longer an active plan on the file, why is it still an option to click? This app is so poorly designed that it amazes me coming from fido. And no, I will not reach out. I see all the reviews have been the same since 2018. It's clear the company doesn't care about the app or what customers have to say.

Barely functional, super outdated app, with way too many bugs to list. Here's the most bewildering ones I ran into during just my last session alone: On the bill payment page, form fields and their contents will randomly disappear after filling out all your payment info. Under the main app view, almost every single important button/link across all of its 3 tabs is completely dead and unresponsive, including "Upgrade my phone", "Purchase a new phone" and "View plans".
