Very limited Can't see all numbers linked to one account. Would be better if you could choose which number to view- app is basically useless for me since I'm on my sisters plan and can't track any of my personal usage.Please update this soon!
Not Working Can't see data usage now, and the new wireless access doesn't work either Update: Data usage still not showing; took 15 presses of the back button to exit the app. Wifi asks for a phone number and pw and won't accept my group id info
Not working I got a new number and ever since keep getting an error message and it will not let me log in. I can go to the website and log in no problem, but I can no longer access the app
Doesn't work Garbage - won't even let me in now and says my number isn't valid. Update: seems to be working now, will check on WiFi but LTE works
Needs improvement My account has more than one phone number linked to the same account and the app lumps the total charges of the individual lines together. If we're logging into the Myaccount with our individual lines the app would cater to users better if we can see individual breakdowns of our specific charges associated with our numbers rather than a group. OR if there was a way to access a PDF version of our bill available through the app like the desktop site allows us to do this would definitely be perfect!
Need update The app need to have more than one phone per account so that way we can see our data and everything else and also everyone is having the same issue plz fix this as soon as possible and for all this problem we should have unlimited internet for 2 month or more
