Never works. Hi Devs. I would like to apreciate your hard work and efforts you put to make our life simple by giving us this app. I don't want to demotivate you but this app is not working..everytime i logins; it shows 'we hit a snag,please try again later'. Please try to fix that..once again i would like to thank you for your hardwork..keep up gud work.
Works half the time For the past week every time I try to log in it says it's having trouble pulling up my account info. I want to give them my money to pay my bill but apparently they don't need it haha!
Useless This app is useless never works. A kindergarten class filled with special needs kids would do a better job at building an app. The only thing this app is good at is wasting mb's.
Does what is needed! Amazing app to use. Super simple! The only problem that I have with this is when paying for my bill it says it hit a snag. The payment goes through and shows on the App saying it's been added on, but doesn't update the balance.
Freezes after login After signing in with my fido number, the app shows a grey screen and never loads. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, to no avail. It worked just fine like three days ago, what happened?!
I should change it to virgin.. lack of server problems, first week login doesnt work, next week the app doesnt even work(doesn't ask to login). all those errors and problems from fido servers.. please dont use this app nor the fido service. They suck.
