I can't seem to view my internet bills or link my fido mobile account to my internet account.. I just receive notice of my balance via email for both accounts on the same day in 2 separate emails and can't see any possible way to even see the bill for my internet account... no one working for Fido can do anything about this.... How is this not fixed yet? How do I link my accounts together.. how do I at the very least sign in to see the breakdown of my internet charges?? I'm amazed that this isn't fixed yet, considering Rogers has had this up and running for over a decade and Rogers owns Fido..
The app will not open on my PixelXL. I log in, and it briefly displays my account information, then throws an error message "we've hit a snag...Please try again later" Have tried reinstalling but that didn't help. Can't use the app to keep track of my usage, or the 3 other phones in my plan. Works fine on a family member's iPhone.
Can't make any payments I try to make a payment towards my bill but when I go to add my credit card number it prevents me from typing anything. I can add all other info such as the expire date, just not the credit card number. Before and after update. This app has never been a problem for me and it's a great, convenient way to get your payments done so I will of course give it a great rating!
Incorrect information displayed I have two accounts, while displaying data usage it only shows the 2nd account details not the first account. The app is buggy.
cannot offer services to me after upgrade Told me that this app is not for prepaid, but it can show me my bill before upgrade. How could I get the old version app back?
