Just plain BAD... A clunky app and trying to log in is, as everyone else is saying, virtually impossible. Wish i could uninstall it... You're not missing anything here. Just use the website it's (slightly) more reliable & you can at least login there.
Do Fido IT know how to fix issue? There are tons of complaints above Fido App login problem but you keep on asking clients to send message through Facebook or Twitter! Could you please ask your software engineer to fix it instead?
Worst phone service ever. Srsly if you have a chance to sign agreement with some other one, just do it. Nothing work in here, I spend a lot of time to do simplest things which are normal in other companies here is almost impossible.
Bloatware Thanks for asking, fido. I'd like to have control over my phone and be able to uninstall apps which I'm not using.
The app is so bad ! I tried to login so many times ,then it reflected fido hit a snap, or fido had trouble pull out my account info balabala .... What's wrong with you ? Fido
Use to work but not anymore Use to work great but noe when i log in it just says try again later. Use the app to pay bills. App not working for a month. Already tried troubleshooting and nothing works. Will try again and contact for help.
