Why is it called "My Account"? Should be called "My Fido". Mother Rogers already made the change to their app. This app is garbage. Feels like a half-assed web app. If you're targeting millennials, a native app will go a long way. Ask TD. Can't view my internet account. Inconvenient, unresponsive, bad user experience. To all the people with login issues - use your email instead of your phone number. It worked for me. I can no longer login with my number.
This app is, at least, functional now. It's actually possible to login... FINALLY! (If you forget your password and need to reset it... they will text you a link to do that). It's still cumbersome to pay your bill through the app so maybe they could fix that (MUCH quicker & easier if you already use online banking). Clicking on view bill or payment history on mobile causes the app to lock up sometimes. MIGHT wanna fix that. A Google login option would be an appreciated improvement as well. Using an LG G4.
There are often problems with the app and the website. Simply loging in proves difficult on either. Viewing past bills proves equally challenging. Basically, neighther is user friendly at the momment.
I don't need this bloatware with my phone so why does it keep popping up with updates after I've removed It? Extremely annoying The problem is I've removed it and want to keep it removed but it keeps showing up in App Store to be updated. How do you remove that?
Your app is getting better but you're still missing a portion of your app. Can you please add this portion in your app? Where you can see your current phone and then the date of your next upgrade, because you have this in your website. Thanks
