Nearly worse than the website. Sends me notifications to play the flip game and after I register it tells me to use the app to register. Also it seems to think my plan resets on a different day than it actually does. When i checked one day before reset, it said 12 days, today it's saying 1 day when it should be closer to 20 (my plan resets on the 4th)

Thank you for finally fixing the data bytes issue that kept telling me that I wasn't registered on the Fido network even though I was, LTE was activated and the phone was from you. My advice for next time, before you advertise a new perk and go crazy marketing it and making people switch to you solely because of that added benefit, make sure it's working and not buggy. I appreciate your latest efforts in improving this app which was completely useless just 6 months ago. It's clearly evident you are trying and that's all that matters. I'm pretty sure that I along with many others are willing to wait and bare with you while you perfect your app, so long as we are sure you are genuinely trying and not neglecting it which in turn means neglecting your customers. Recent security update spoiled the app a lot! all I need from the app is to see how much data remains. I should be able to do that without having to wait for the authentification and leave authentification for serious things like changing plans but not for looking at data usage
Spamming my notifications to advertise to me makes me want to take my unlocked phone to another carrier. Aside from that, the app is basically competent at its core features, if nothing to otherwise merit a review.
I've been with your company for 7 years and MY I.D. IS STILL NOT WORKING...odd as it may be -even though your app doesn't recognize my email address -you keep sending your bills to it -whereby I still have to pay for my phone!!! I'm seriously considering switching to another carrier-your " fido/my Account" has never worked for me.
Having trouble making payments. I enter my card info but can't hit continue. Other than that good app.
