An improvement over the previous application, but they removed the filters by parts then by parts location feature which helped with managing parts. Application is still buggy, when you use your phone's power saving mode it breaks the app and resyncing work orders pretty much forces engineers to start over from scratch. They need to have a mobile version for dispatchers, not just engineers. Also need to be able to cancel/reschedule appointments from the app. It doesn't send emails to customers

I can't open links in the app anymore whether it's to send an email or open a FedEx tracking. I hate this app so much.

updates cause problems with app and synchronization issues. then you have to wait for another fix.
