Unable to use. As an embalmer it was very informative and helpful to see cases - it helped with my approach to caring for decedent's. Unfortunately (like always) coroner assistants, mortician's and thanatologists are excluded despite the fact that we too are medical adjacent.

The new app update is awful! I don't want tailored results, I want to see everything! And where the heck did all my saved cases go? I've been using this app for years, sharing interesting pics with my colleagues. Now all my saved ones are gone. This is some nonsense...

We're sorry to hear that, Kim. You can simply change the channel to Explore Everything, where you will see all cases, just like before. I'm unable to log in with the new app. I enter the correct sign in information and it won't log me in. Just a perpetual loop. Update: contacted by developers and issue has been fixed. I'm impressed with the super fast service!!
