Great experience so far using the app and the digital bank itself. Although it's quite disappointing that their interest rate in ownit has decreased to 3.8%. But looking on the brighter side, it's still competitive knowing that other digital banks have also decreased their interest rate, plus free bank transfer is great. Hoping nothing will change from this new set-up. Please release physical debit card too. I've been eyeing for it since last year.

So disappointed for a first time user. I got declined because my information does not match in which I don't understand which specific part it does not say. On the app I was told to resubmit multiple times but on messenger I was told to re apply after 6 months. What makes the difference? I tried to use a different ID but it didn't work. I have online banking apps with other digital banks with no problem only this bank. Such a shame how poor their verification system is.

Don't transfer money on this application since they will change the account from verified to unverified once you transfer money on their wallet. After that even how many times you try to verify the account it will not be verified again. Also their customer support is terrible. If there is 0 star that would be the best choice. I'll change my rating once they verified my account using my Philsys ID card.
