Although I no longer use this credit union. I can tell you from 30 some odd years of service to its customers was the best from the call in when AI WASNT THERE, you got an operator she was very helpful handling of any situation and would escalate to supervisor. What ever the problem is was handled at that time just an all around credit union that takes care of its members!

Transfer transaction doesn't show up in the account activity. The balance at the top of the screen is correct but it doesn't agree with the balance in the activity list. Confirmation of transfer only says it succeeded, doesn't show what was transferred from where, to where in the confirmation. So much worse than the previous app!

Compared to old app sucks alot accounts are now stacked together not sorted in any way or sortable at all, every screen takes atleast twice as long to load as it did before, slow to update balances, overall experience so far tells me you should be firing some people and getting your money back in fact the only way this could be considered a accomplishment is if your goal was to be as inconvenient as possible compared to the previous app
