They are dead now and just recovering given loans. So please stop asking loans. Their dead system sends only auto reply message .No response from chats, from Calls, from emails too. Dont think now for loan. Previously they were too good.Now company has no money to provide loans.Pity employees and their Owners. Some idiots are giving 5 stars to promote the apps.They are sold , so be aware.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME NOW.
Very pathetic customer service. I have taken a loan from Finomena but i'm very much disappointed by it's service. The finomena guys are continuously neglecting my messages. I've also mailed them several times but all were in vain. Now i don't know how to get the invoice of the product which i ordered.
Very poor response time. I've Applied on 3rd May'1. But still I never got a single reply. What kind of work are they doing don't know. They are not giving 2 minutes to their prospect customer. Can't believe such organisation exists which doesn't care about their potential customers. Very disappointing. Pathetic experience.
I think it's the worst app with even worst customer support. They say 95 hours are required for processing and decide weather one is eligible for the loan or not. It's been more that 15 days I haven't heard anything from them despite sending them various msgs over their useless chatting platform. Guess what? Their customer so called executive have not even read the msgs, leave alone any assisting. I have no idea why people are praising this useless app so much. I not only hated it, but also suggested my friends not to ever download it in the first place.
This company is a fraud. They charge me more than 1000 rs for late fine. Even though the amount is there in my account. They didn't auto deduct that and after the billing date they called and charged. There is no specific customer care number also. Worst Experience.
