This is something i may use once but It told me i needed WAY more carbs than i shoould be eating. And some of the sections were defective.
Wtf I'm quite heavy (but being 6'1 1/2 makes the weight look different on me) and it's telling me that I should be eating 807 grams of carbohydrates. 807 grams!!! I don't want to be 700 lbs!!!
Awesome Actually this application is highly accurate my book called The Protein Book by Lyle McDonald says around that amount off by 2 grams that's all this application is amazing!! But should have options for women and men because protein intake for that amount would be to high for a women unless she is a bodybuilder
don't waste your time Usually I never review app but this time I need to, this is the most useless app on play store I've ever seen
