Games & Videos Subscription Details:
• Subscribe to Kidomi Games & Videos for Kids and you aren't billed for the first 7 days. Then, it’s only $4.99 per month or $29.99 a year for unlimited access to hundreds of engaging, educational and fun activities for your kids!
• The first payment will be charged to your account on the first day following your 7th day, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions are managed by the user and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of the initial 7 day period, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

TERRIBLE APP DESIGN. Oh my god. Some of the most basic apps in this are so poorly designed that they cease to function at random times. For example, a simple number tracing game presents you with a barrel after you've traced a number. You're just supposed to tap the barrel for some things to pop out. The animation just won't happen a lot of the time, so you have to quit the app and restart in hopes that it will work again. These are for children. It needs to be designed to WORK. We PAY for this

There's no option to cancel the subscription. Lack of transparency. I've tried to cancel on the app itself, the website and find it in app store's subscription. No success. called the company, voicemail. I disputed the transaction with my credit card.

Horrible customer service..do not buy at all..I would give 0 stars if possible. Firstly half of the apps in it never worked to begin with so we quit using it forever ago..and now I been trying to cancel my subscription before I get charged again and they refuse to answer me. It keeps saying must cancel from original device. Well I just found the original device used and it still won't let us cancel. I've emailed twice. I've called and it's actually a different company. Complete and total scam
