Hello, the app on my end may not be working right, you see, after updating my employment status, it still notifies me that I need to update it, then, I have a message from last year that just won't leave my home screen I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing. this may be a problem with the app. please address.

Don't even bother with this app. Every single day we have downtimes some of which are never communicated. You do your transaction only to be told it's processing for a whole 2 days. Seriously? You pay a bill and it takes 2 days to settle. You also have no way of tracing the source of your funds, they just appear miraculously in your account. No receiving transaction history.

Your app is good but has a lot of bugs...nowadays I'll do a deposit through prompt...it Will deduct money from my mpesa but takes the whole day to register the same on the app. Secondly it now takes a whole day to open up...just loading as you wait to put your pin...very disappointing, meaning you can't use it at the moment to either transfer money or pay bills, yet it has updates almost every week. Still the same.
