Worst application They comel us to take Rupay card and collecting subscription and card charges Not only one time Every time they are forcing us to pay, They are not allowing us to close the account With much difficulty and proteacted correspondence I closed this wallet account. The balance lying with wallett account I used without any reason just empty the balance for closing the account No other small finannce bank is compulsrily us collecting this subscription card charges every time. worst

Worst application and worst bank account system. I would recommend no one to use this bank please. You will have to suffer lots of problems 1. Very slow application opening 2. Login problem 3. No effective and worst coustomer support 4. Payment deduction per year 5.additional duction from ATM card during cash withdrawal And many more . So please don't use this bank

Fino payments bank is forcing customers to pay 450 for their rupay platinum debit card. Which is usually seems to be fishy. There is no alternate option to leave this.
