Absolutely the worst banking experience I have ever had. My account remains restricted even after completing VKYC, and despite multiple complaints and follow-ups, there has been no proper resolution. Customer support appears to rely on automated responses instead of actually helping customers. When your money and urgent transactions are involved, delays like this are unacceptable. A bank should provide reliable service and timely support, but my experience has been the complete opposite.

Worst experience of my life , Don't download this it's a waste of money, 500 hundred deducted without my permission and also there's no such options you can see why your 500 deducted, and after that they're again asking 500 for annual charges, I'll not suggest anyone to open account in such apps, just imagine you opened a account and request it to close after using 10 Mints - it was a short explanation about this bank and conditions

very worst app , they didn't give any response to their customers,the assistant number is not work , we cannot able to withdraw or make transaction our money from fino and then in a Google map they set up one of fino bank address but it's fake there is no fino bank in that Google map address and the customer care service is very worst , upto three months the fino bank account was not work . it's my honest review.
