The seafood is so fresh. The crabs are heavy and the cooked food is amazing. I shop the Parkville location. Some of the staff is new and unaware of what's going on. I clicked on the app to see my quarterly reward and couldn't find it. The app needs alot of work. When I'm in the store and show my digital card, they ask for my name and look it up that way. Needs improvement.

After the initial difficult sign up, we have loved to go to this restaurant. Excellent food, Excellent service. Can recommend to everyone. tip, arrive early as they are getting very busy.

Don't hit add a card unless you actually need to add a card. It wouldn't let me log back in or get back to my account until I made a new account
