Using this app will more than pay for itself. It's like having a full-time personal assistant letting you know when & who you should be reaching out to. The app's greatest value is it's ability to tell you when a person's interest in real estate is increasing. I picked up 3 listings last year from people responding back from a letter I sent out telling me "what a coincidence we got your letter, we have been thinking about listing our house".

Paid through RE/MAX Gold special. App will not let me finish sign-in without paying double the amount of my subscription.
