Seriously contemplating closing my account with this bank. The mobile app never works and now I can't even check my account via the web browser. Tired of having to go to the ATM just to check my balance. Switching to Navy Federal.
I can never transfer money anymore. I always get error messages. The check deposit feature is nice (when it works).
It works. I can transfer money and view my accounts. I just don't understand why it needs certain permissions.
It does work, but the transfer function tends to have an error. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still worked. It works but needs bug fixes.
A little sluggish but it works. Needs a few tweaks to the information shown in the app. Update: now I can't use it at all. Can't log in on it.
It always have error message and it needs more functions ,i.e. Set alerts or notifications whenever your card is used,the ability to freeze your card temporarily if it's misplaced or stolen.It needs a Serious UPGRADE ! They need to get with Navy Federal App creators.
