With the newest update for reodering your accounts I can't actually reorder them and now I see all the accounts linked to my account except for my own! What the hell guys.
I love this app I love the convenience I love being able to Bank online! I stand by that statement but I really wish you all would fix whatever is going on with your online and app banking can't get into any of it right now and it's very frustrating! Been going on all day please fix thank you
I keep getting a pop up that says no connectivity.. or I have to understand uninstall and reinstall all over it's a real headache but I can access thru the mobile web but the app sucks
The app usually does fine, but this morning, the deposit button has disappeared. That's extremely important to us, since this bank is in another state.
It was working fine until I tried to check my balance today and it just stays on the start up screen that comes up when I first click on the app.
No features. app needs to be upgraded to better serve customers. Very basic for 2017
