Overall, this is a very convenient and extremely useful app! The only suggestion for improvement I have is to add a way to make notes on transactions — that would help me a lot in tracking my income and expenses. Thank you for the terrific banking experiences, in the app and at my local branch, First Alliance Credit Union!

For whatever reason this app uses my work number as the contact number to send verification of signing into the system. It is wasted time that I need to adjust each and everytime. I do not see anywhere within the app to modify the preferred number. I understand the need to be safe but do not understand why I need to jump through hoops, save that for a circus.

I don't like that you cant see a new balance with each transaction. The balance at the top isn't always accurate if you have auto deposits or auto debits. Also, being locked out all the time, having to attempt to recover your password but the questions aren't even the ones associated with your account...really frustrating.
