For whatever reason this app uses my work number as the contact number to send verification of signing into the system. It is wasted time that I need to adjust each and everytime. I do not see anywhere within the app to modify the preferred number. I understand the need to be safe but do not understand why I need to jump through hoops, save that for a circus.

I don't like that you cant see a new balance with each transaction. The balance at the top isn't always accurate if you have auto deposits or auto debits. Also, being locked out all the time, having to attempt to recover your password but the questions aren't even the ones associated with your account...really frustrating.

Experience just gets worse as the years go on. Will be leaving the bank soon as just dealing with them gets less and less personal as they drive to make everything digital. They also do the fun thing where they lock your account if you leave the state from time to time so that's always fun to find out.
