I am unable to open this game. When 'Tap to Continue' appears and I tap it, the game does not open.. Please you fixed it

The game is good but there's still room for improvements like 1. no bombs , smoke 2.they should be a wide choice of characters if not you should be able to customize one yourself 3.opponents should show on the map but instead they aren't just look at this points and the game will be good
