I transfered money from my Mobile Money to My FAB account just to try it. It didn't reflect. I got a bit worried but realised it had to do with AirtelTiGO. I didn't approve so it didn't reflect. One of your Agents called me and explained perfectly. My account has been credited. I also successful paid my DStv Account via App which was a convenient and hassle-free. Thanks! Love the App!

Basic app for basic online banking. Lacks any innovation and hasn't been updated since I downloaded it over a year ago. Setting up is a headache and If you ever loose your phone, then too bad, you'll have to reset everything by physically contacting or calling the bank, change your previous user name and password to a new one because appantly the app isn't data recovery friendly. So use at your own risk. That aside it's still good enought for your day to day online banking.

The app is good for fast and easy transactions, but I want to know when registering on setup stage what causes you have no more requests allowed request - 0 ??? And how can I come over that so that I can register my account
