This app used to work well.... But now I get kicked out of the app after taking a pic of the front of the check during mobile deposit. Others here seem to have the same story. I have Android. Customer support was prompt and friendly and gave me suggestions to get it working before offering a final suggestion of waiting for another upgrade to the app. Five stars for customer support--and First Bank itself has never given me any problems--but this app is not functioning.
This bank in general is horrible I hate banks I have years.. I gave this bank a chance and now they're screwing me over just like I remember smh don't be a blind sheep and follow these banks rules, they steal from you and make you feel like its something you did and they are always right.. App take far to long to load the log in page as well, just all around disappointed with the bank and the app.
Not able to stay on login screen? Go to a page saying to call you. Not very convenient. I can login from my pc and phone browser just fine. No update for app either
Great app I had trouble with this app at first. It wouldn't stay on the log in screen. It kept taking me to the call customer service screen. I called and talked to Sonya. She was very helpful. I didn't find the app she was suggesting, but I did some updates. Now it works great. Love it! Great bank.
Great to have, but the auto shutter feature stopped working. Have to wait until it asks me to take pic manually each time. Can be annoying if I have a number of checks to deposit.
I've been using this bank 4 years ..I don't understand why anybody is saying derogatory things about them. they've been fantastic!! everything's always worked, they're wonderful to talk to when you need to call them. they even alert me to suspicious activity.
