Never had a problem with this app. I use it frequently on my iPad and Android phone. The ability to deposit checks via my phone is great and has worked flawlessly. Fingerprint login works great on the iPad, however not having screen rotate on the iPad is a nuisance. No big deal really. If FirstBank ever starts charging me to make deposits (like US Bank) tho, this app will promptly be deleted.
I have never had any problems with this app until the last two days when I have tried to deposit a check. I keep getting the same error that it can't read my check, to retake the photos. I have taken about 10 pictures in different lighting and it's still not working. I have uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app. Still not working. Not sure if it's a bug or what...
The app always works and is updated on a regular basis. I do not use mobile apps to invest or prepare taxes. My entire reason in getting the app is to interact with my accounts at this bank, which this app allows me to do very well and very reliably.
Very difficult to properly take pictures of a check. When trying to take the back, the axis are reversed when I'm locked in portrait. Have to set to auto rotate and retry several times.
Had one issue one time with log in and I called and they helped me right away. It was an android issue update. Deposit picture is hit and miss sometimes. Love it.
Needs a running total and needs it BAD! How am I to know if I'm close to being overdrawn? I cannot be expect to memorize what was in there and what I've didn't versus the bills that are coming out.
