This app used to work well.... But now I get kicked out of the app after taking a pic of the front of the check during mobile deposit. Others here seem to have the same story. I have Android. Customer support was prompt and friendly and gave me suggestions to get it working before offering a final suggestion of waiting for another upgrade to the app. Five stars for customer support--and First Bank itself has never given me any problems--but this app is not functioning.
Great to have, but the auto shutter feature stopped working. Have to wait until it asks me to take pic manually each time. Can be annoying if I have a number of checks to deposit.
Flagged by BitDefender as aggressive adware I have always liked this app well enough. Love mobile deposits. Since I installed BitDefender on my phone it always flags this app as aggressive adware (Adware. GingerMaster. CA) . Called first Bank for an explanation and they were going to refer it to their IT people. I don't know if this is an erroneous warning but I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still get this warning.
Used to work.... Used to work ok. A little buggy. Now I just get server errors every time. Just hung up after holding for IT for 27 minutes. It's almost 2017 guys.
Only thing I want to use this app for is check deposits. It's hit and miss if it'll work or crash. Please make this app more stable
App stops working during deposit proces The app worked well until about 2 months ago. Now it shuts down while uploading the check photos during the deposit process. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice, same problem.
