Won't work. Have made numerous calls to 1st bank who told me it was probably my phone which is 6 mo. old. Tech support was of absolutely no help. Grrr.. Going out of town in a few days and canno longer log in with phone . Everything worked perfectly till THEIR update. It stinks!
Ha! I cannot log in, it sends to me to a screen to call customer service whom tell me nothings wrong it'll fix it self. Fix it please.
App is slow. Bank is discriminatory toward non wealthy people. They will not accept your deposit if it's not good enough for them
Problem with quick view and deposits Quick view doesn't work since last update. Galaxy S4. Otherwise app works pretty well. Deposit camera doesn't always work as designed. Cannot ficus.
Great app. Didn't used to look good, but I updated my phone to the Note 4, and now the app is awesome! Love the functionality and look.
Update completed after restart Today's update finally completed after I restarted my phone. Working great now.
