To use the FirstBank Mobile app, you must be enrolled as a FirstBank Mobile Banking digital banking user. If you currently use our Online Banking, simply download the FirstBank Mobile app and use your Online Banking credentials to login.

Latest update requires me to enter login name and password every time. It worked fine with just a PIN. Since I have a complex password, it is easier for me to allow Google to save it to my phone. How is this more secure??? Plus, my wife and I have a joint account. The account is linked to my phone. So when she tries to sign into the app on HER phone, it sends a verification text to MY phone. Not helpful at all.

After the latest update, the app feels harder to use than before. The quick PIN/code login is gone, and now I have to enter my username, password, and go through text verification just to sign in. It works, but it’s inconvenient when I just need to check something quickly. I preferred the old, simpler login process-- hopefully you guys will go back to this moving forward.

App works great for everything you would want a banking app to do. Scan in paychecks, check balances, make transfers, apply for new accounts. My only big gripe with it is that after bank hours, late in the night, it stops updating and showing my balance properly. I don't know if it stops working right because everyone went home or what but it is frustrating not getting an accurate balance reading late at night.
