Honestly, I was genuinely excited to find an app that seemed to curate good quality products. Unfortunately, the experience has been incredibly disappointing. My order was marked as “delivered” without any call, message or actual delivery. I contacted support, but that conversation went nowhere either. Now there’s no response at all. After wasting so much time trying to get a simple issue resolved, I’m done. Uninstalling the app..definitely not worth the hassle.

So today was my first time using this app, and I bought some groceries. When I got them, a few items were already expired, and some were close to expiring. So, I'm not sure on the quality they advertise is actually delivered. And when I tried to upload a photo to reach out to the bot/customer service, it kept returning to the homepage. I had to try multiple times before I could even raise this concern. So, overall, it was a pretty bad first experience i hope team will fix this soon..

First of all, most of the items are out of stock and you have to keep ordering them again and again by paying platform fee for every order even if there is a mistake from their end(when they send expired products).Their customer support is pathetic when there is a real issue to solve, they keep repeating the same apology without providing a proper resolution. For placing an order through pluxee(all food items in the cart, no non food items), i had to wait indefinitely and no resolution yet!
