The old mCommand app was 1000 times better. The "remember my username" option doesn't work. No finger print login. This thing is just a wrapper for the mobile website. Which ever exec made the decision to deploy this app and ditch the old app needs smacked. We shouldn't need to find the mobile faq on the desktop website just to learn how to enroll in fingerprint authentication. That's poor design. The option should simply be a link on the login screen. And when I'm on the Accounts screen and press my Back button it should offer to exit the app, not do absolutely nothing. Require a double tap if you want, or prompt me to make sure I want to exit. Either way. This is standard behavior on any Android app. This app still feels like junk.
This app is awful. Entering my security questions every single time, really? I just open the browser and use that for First command. However in order to deposit any checks remotely, a user must use this app. I honestly don't know how this app ever got to market.
The app won't even open on my phone at all anymore! Thank you for working hard to resolve this issue!
Every update seems to make this app worse. Updates should add features, not remove them.
Overall, ok to do basic bank transactions. However, 'back' button won't take me to home screen from cover screen; as other bank's apps do. I have Galaxy S6 Edge. Please look into updating it.
Downloaded the app several times and never able to open the app.
