This app has been archaic for quite some time now. There really should be a feature to pay from an external bank. It also has been rearranging the order of my accounts lately, which is annoying. You can't even transfer to an outside source with ease. And why must the entire screen move as I'm trying to scroll?? Please fix this!! We should not be having these issues at this point in time.

After the most recent update, I'm getting the same "unknown error" as everyone else. I contacted customer support via their website, and they didn't even mention this was a known issue and gave me the spill of making sure I had the latest version of their app. That was about a week ago. Overall, I'm really dissatisfied with their service. I will be looking for a new bank soon. Update 9/28/18: newest update says "loading" indefinitely. I still can't login. I uninstalled then reinstalled the app and now I'm getting the unknown error again.

The latest release will be App version 5.4.10. You can confirm this under the App Info section within your Settings. If this is not the version, please uninstall and download the version directly from the Google Play Store.
