Seems to have many bugs everytime there is an update. Customer service never knows "why its doing that". Also they charge you a transaction fee to run a test transaction after helping you with a fix. Pay to test your apps bug fixes? No thanks.
Horrible app. I am using this app with my iphone, It embarrasses me against the customers. thank you. I recommend to my business owner friends. Dont get it.
I tried making it connect to my phone , it won't, it keeps saying not connected. I've I stayed it a few times, still won't work right , and my account says that I don't have an offline equipment and I just bought this device , (chip & Card reader) it's fully charged, still won't work.
12/7/17 Lowered rating from 3 stars to 2 because developer still haven't fixed the horrible alarm that goes off when wearing headphones with a mic plugged in and the software is either started or running. Software has been updated several times and this still is a problem. Come on how long can it take to fix it Could developers please fix audio alert when launching app without card reader attached. On my S6 with headphones that ding is about 10x louder than the conversation. Hurts the ears. Please provide a way to just turn the audio off completely. The pop-up is sufficient
