Has some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. If your funds are being reviewed by the security department, good luck trying to contact them. It has happened twice to me, and I left 10+ messages over the course of a couple weeks and I never got a call or email back. Go somewhere else!
Bait and switch!!! I was promised a better way to take credit card payments. The only people who benefit from this merchant service is them. With outrageous monthly fees on top of annual fees. How is this service useful when it cost twice the price of my current merchant provider. Now I can't even get someone to cancel my account. I've made 3 request to cancel the account and Noone has responded to my emails or assisted me when i called to cancel.
BEWARE...You are stuck in a contract that only they can change. Rates and fee are raised when they want and if you want to leave you have to pay $500 to end contract. Find a better company with cheaper rates and contracts that can't change for the term.
Good BUT this needs FIXED!!!👹 If you screw up and overcharge a debit card & your client does not have twice the amount of money as the originally transaction then it will decline, the app will not allow you to refund the overage, "only refund the total amount" It takes 24 hours for the refunded money to be available on the debit. Now you'll have a pissed-off client and very possibly you're not going to get paid......
Horrible app organization, the tip section should come near the end of the transaction when the customer signs it's near the beginning and makes it harder to receive a tip. Also if you run a card through and you get an approval for partial payment....why even have that on the app, if the customer does not want to partial pay and you hit decline to damn bad it takes the money out anyway and refunds it then the customer is mad and it takes a few days to get the money back. Terrible. The chip reader also never works I have to manually punch in all my cards.
Can not get reader to work. Worked fine for 3 months, now nothing. Support is HORRIBLE
