Installed this app, opened it, registered, got to my personal info page, needed to enter my email, I did, it claimed the field was left blank. So, I entered it again, and again. Called C.S. the agent entered it into system on her end. Ok, attempted to log in, nope, now there's some "error" msg. What good can I say about this app if IT WON'T ALLOW ME TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT !?!
This App is great in the sense you can see balance and you have the choice of starting some kind of savings account. But the app slacks when it comes to seeing the most recent transactions. Sometimes it takes days for even debit charges to show on the transactions screen. Not good.
It would be better if it didn't tell me that the app or network or whatever was unavailable all the time. Can't check my balance of it refuses to show it to me. Calling the card all the time is an inconvenience.
This app is terrible you can't even finish making your account without providing a work and home phone number. This should not be a requirement. What if i dont have a phone or job phone? Or simply dont wish to provide it? Dont waste your time.
I can't get my balance, they were supposed to text me once a week, NEVER HAVE, I AM SO DAMN MAD THAT IT WILL NOT LET ME LOG IN. THIS IS HOW I GET MY PAYCHECK. I AM SO MAD. FIX IT NOW
Kinda hate that i have to use this app for my work. It's not terrible but there's a lot of fees and other crap that i dont have to deal with with my first national bank app.
