very hard to us, continually would get locked out of app, and have transfers not go through. I don't like how it's not easy to trafer between bank and credit union, and I have to call customer service so much. The ladies at the bank are amazing, but I need something reliable on the go and this app is just not reliable!

Deserves zero stars. App never works, website is just as bad. Never remembers passwords and is impossible to reset password. Unusable
