Bug prone and Wi-Fi issues Most recent update has caused buy ticket button to disappear. Only way to get it back is to uninstall and reinstall then recreate region settings. It frequently fails to load when connected to Wi-Fi, bizarrely especially on Firsts own Wi-Fi. Takes an age to load ticket at start up and this needs to be quicker. Frequently alerts that it could not connect to server. A useful app for managing your tickets and avoiding losing paper tickets but needs better development.
Lots of improvements needed I've been using this app a while & this is what I've found. You need data to use the app, very difficult when you've upgraded your phone & your old sim no longer works! You should be able to transfer your ticket just once if needed. I understand the security but it doesn't leave room for people being human. Also when you buy a weekly or monthly ticket you don't get 7 or 30 full days. You get 6 days 12 hours or 29 days 12 hours. If I buy a ticket on the bus I get 7 full days!
Just downloaded and signed in so i restarted my phone and the app has crashed and is showing NO option to purchase a ticket What if this happened on a journey and i couldn't prove i had a valid ticket? SORRY JUST READ "TO ALLOW THE PURCHASE TICKET OPTIONS YOU NEED TO REFRESH THE APP withe the 3 dots at the top right
Crashes frequently, needs data when opening UPDATE: Now the Buy Ticket option keeps disappearing!! Only option is to uninstall then reinstall and add credit card details each time. Now uninstalling the app. The app crashes when opening around 50 % of the time. The app for some bizarre reason also needs a Data connection when opening and will not open without one. This is problematic where I live there is no coverage at the bus stop. Stick to paper tickets until this app is improved.
Bugs and errors This used to be a great app. But now the 'Buy your ticket' button has disappeared! How am I meant to buy tickets? I won't uninstall and reinstall because I have tickets in my wallet and I don't want to risk losing them. The app crashes all the time too.
App hangs on start screen or shuts down too frequently The application has too many bugs. It is impractical to use as it can sometimes take up to a minute to load tickets and frequently force closes. I would understand if I was using a basic device but I am using a Samsung Galaxy S7. When it works, it is easy to purchase tickets and a good range are available. Better integration with bus times also would make the app brilliant.
