Some times slow to open so need to be prepared in advance of the bus coming. Also the yearly tickets doesn't have a QR code and most bus drivers don't know this, I've updated the app every time it's needed and it's never appeared. Can the drivers be informed that no I can't scroll down as there's no code! All in all good app
Absolute rubbish compared to the iOS version. After updating the basket has disappeared so you can add to it but you can't actually buy the ticket. The QR code is way too small as well so you have to be prepared to attempt to scan at least 3 times.
Constantly crashes or glitches so you can't purchase tickets. It's not lost tickets I've purchased but has often failed to work so that I've ended up having to pay cash even though I have tickets purchased in the app.
A good idea in principle but the app is very poorly built. Frequently crashes and has technical issues. Don't think I've ever managed to open it first time and have everything go smoothly. The support team advise you to install and reinstall - not possible if you're trying to board a bus! I have been forced to buy tickets on occasion even when I've got a valid ticket I just can't access.
It takes ages to load when you update the app. I delayed the entire bus for 5 minutes the time the app loaded up. Apart from that it does the job
UPDATE: Uninstalling and reinstalling the app solved the missing checkout issue. Seems to be a bug when updating from previous version. When I click to add tickets to basket, the ticket added to basket message shows but there's no link to the basket to checkout and actually pay. Currently totally useless
