Easy to navigate thru. If you have any issues with account there's no explanation or no place to click to see why. And like right now I can't use my card and it's active and I can't find any information on the app. When I call there is nobody available after hours. Now I'm stuck until they open in morning. Other then that it's a great app.

User-friendly app, takes no time searching for an alert change, message or document. Also the people I interacted with were extremely knowledgeable & helpful both in office and phone. Called 3 times yesterday & reached Cassidy each time. I gave a phone review of excellent after our 3rd call. if management sees this she's excellent at her job & deserves a promotion & a raise that compensates for her natural abilities working with people. This bank treats people like people and not just a $ sign.

Great bank and easy app to use. I have transferred all of my accounts to BayFirst. I highly recommend this bank.
