Ratings and reviews

Easy to navigate thru. If you have any issues with account there's no explanation or no place to click to see why. And like right now I can't use my card and it's active and I can't find any information on the app. When I call there is nobody available after hours. Now I'm stuck until they open in morning. Other then that it's a great app.

Great bank and easy app to use. I have transferred all of my accounts to BayFirst. I highly recommend this bank.

I appreciate having copies of posted checks. I really don't like the inability to have vm requests not always returned. I also am frustrated that virtual programming and events for all customers are always filled when I try to sign up. A BUDGET master, off-line spreadsheet would be appreciated, if available for us "tech lightweights". Thank you.
