Ratings and reviews

This app used to be good. It would update with the deductions or additions promptly but now I have to go to the website to make sure that my deductions or addition are there. On the app, it gives me a balance, but when I look at the activity on my account, it's not there. Sometimes for a day after the transaction went through. I'm not a fan of this app. Just best to go to the website now a days or give us the old app back.

The font is too small. You cannot tell when you're going through transactions from one day to another. This last update was horrible. Everything is now in bubbles instead of marked clearly with large font with lines dividing the days and transactions. I use the mobile app all day long for business and this doubled the amount of time it took me to search for transactions. It's not about being pretty it's about being efficient and useful. Before the last update was way better

This relatively small North Dakota bank is a hidden gem. The apps works smoothly and never had any issue.
