I am disappointed with the new app. For me, it got WORSE, not better. Now, you have to click on a transaction to see the date that the transaction took place. I am much less interested in when it cleared, and that is the date you see without clicking on the transaction. Also, you still don't know your actual available balance without keeping a book of your own! When I schedule a bill payment, I want it deducted from my available balance right then, not when it clears. I will be changing banks!

I love the app and the way I can transfer between accounts and pay bills. I would like be able to utilize the app for everything instead of going thru browse for some things. I would like to see the "more" tab on the top right be more convenient in what it offers. It would be much better to have the bottom right "more" tab contain the options at the bottom of the screen. Not everyone uses the option of transferring funds as their main focus of using a mobile app.

Long time first merchants user. Latest app is merely a wrapper for their website. Not necessarily a bad thing, but definitely done to cut out the cost of developing both the website and app simultaneously. The biggest issue I have right now and it will cause me to jump ship, is that the mobile deposit feature is now gone on my app. Where the buttons should be is simply a more button with the only option being logoff. Very disappointed.
