so my son who has sent me a zelle payments multiple times set me a payment of $130. it shows in my zelle transactions however in my app for my bank it does not show. and this happens multiple times also when I went to the dentist I tried to transfer money from my savings to my checking and would not show. I had my husband send me money so I would not go in the negative and it still would not show. ever since they did the update after their new app their APP IS GARBAGE STILL AFTER UPDATE GARBAGE!

The good of this app is that I can see my account balances. However, the check deposit experience is terrible. The deposit camera never sees the back of the check right and is an exercise in futility. It either can't focus on the back correctly, or it can't see the endorsement even though it's there. Very frustrating experience trying to remotely deposit checks. 1st world problem versus going down to the bank, but dang it, if you offer the feature it better work!

I love the app and the way I can transfer between accounts and pay bills. I would like be able to utilize the app for everything instead of going thru browse for some things. I would like to see the "more" tab on the top right be more convenient in what it offers. It would be much better to have the bottom right "more" tab contain the options at the bottom of the screen. Not everyone uses the option of transferring funds as their main focus of using a mobile app.
