I only gave it a one star because there is no zero or negative numbers. This app sucks. I cannot get into it and now it's locked me out for to many attempts to login. It keeps telling me the info I provided doesn't match anything in their files. They also say I didn't have to re-register if my account was made before March 10th and my account was made long before that.

this app, while prettier esthetically, is not better than the old version. it don't show updated balances below pending charges (that have really already went thru), the dates are not always in order, I am missing around 16 bucks from my savings account but the transaction log does not show why or how, my snapshot is visible right away once opening app versus hitting a button first- i dnt like my balances so easily visible if someone were to get access to my phone and overall is bad experience.

I don't know if they moved it or what but I am unable to pay mortgage via the mobile app. it shows the account balance and the payment history but no option to make payment. Way to release an app with full functionality. Edit: So apparently to pay my loan I need to go to my checking account in the app and select transfer then select the loan account to transfer the balance to. There is no signifier what the minimum payment is suppose to be on that screen! It's l2-3 clicks back...bad design!
