Once upon a time I was actually able to use this app. The app stopped working the same day I got my welcome package from key bank assuring me nothing would change in this merger. I hope this isn't their definition of "smooth changeover" update! 2 weeks later and this app still doesn't work.
used to be great if this is the type of treatment we can expect from the merger with key bank i am unimpressed and will be switching banks. endlessly scrolling through agreement only to be kicked back to it after agreement button hit, then get "log in error"
Pretty bad This app has never heard of multitasking. As soon as the app leaves the foreground, even for literally two seconds, it closes and logs me out. This is terrible execution. It could be alleviated some if they supported fingerprint auth too quickly get back in, but they don't. There's also a constant nag screen if you're using a software keyboard that didn't come pre-installed on the device. How about notify me once and let me choose to suppress future notifications after that.

?? This used to be a great app, now I can't sign in. I uninstall it hoping once I reinstall it, it would work properly. Now it won't reinstall. I simply cannot call, every time I need to go online and check something out. Please fix this or I would love to find another bank.
