Once upon a time I was actually able to use this app. The app stopped working the same day I got my welcome package from key bank assuring me nothing would change in this merger. I hope this isn't their definition of "smooth changeover" update! 2 weeks later and this app still doesn't work.
Mattress Gives Better Service I knew nothing would come of this merger that would help the client. App no longer works. Online login failed. Have to be put on hold for 30 minutes just to access my account/money. Never cared for FN. Going with a credit union.
used to be great if this is the type of treatment we can expect from the merger with key bank i am unimpressed and will be switching banks. endlessly scrolling through agreement only to be kicked back to it after agreement button hit, then get "log in error"
Obviously, First Niagara is no more... No excuse for just cutting off app functionality like that. Absolutely NOT a smooth transition. This is a review of Key Bank since they are the new owners.
Horrible new key Bank on hold 2 hrs finally hung up locked me out of my online account still locked out not holding any longer
Changed over It's true! I saw one of the reviewers saying this isn't used any more, then installed the Key app; there's a first Niagara button on the front page
