Ratings and reviews

The old app used to show you pending transactions in a way that you knew they were coming and hadn't hit yet. This updated app makes pending transactions appear as though they've already come out. This needs to be fixed because it can appear that you've more money available than you actually do. Luckily, I didn't have a situation that caused an overdraft, but I'm sure many people are having that issue.

It dumped all of my externally linked accounts. A process that takes several days and when you have seven or eight to do, it's ridiculous that this new app killed all those associations. Also, I now have to use all caps on my username or it doesn't let me in. No notice or pop-up. Also, it only allows two wrong passwords before it locks you out. if it's after hours or on weekends, you're out until Monday. really bad.

locating important information is difficult at best. payments made don't show up on the home screen as pending. You'll still see "due" in red as if it didn't go through. locating a customer svc # was impossible. had to open a statement & search thu the fine print to get customer service. when I try to scroll up on a screen list the entire app moves up, not the list. have to provide my fingerprint several times for 1 transaction. I hated the previous app version but this one is actually worse.
