As a 20+ yr BGas customer I was expecting a much poorer app experience, but is just as good. Only facility you could add is the auto smart phone torch facility, which is really useful when getting your readings. Otherwise excellent.
Good app but as with most Utility apps, I find it difficult to navigate to the current bill. It would also be nice to view bills without having to download first.
I can't submit any gas meter reading via the app or your automated system via the phone. Can easily submit electricity reading without it coming back with any errors. Please fix this issue
Easy and clear. Meter entry simple and comes with torch button! Usage stats comforting to show your performance and how you compare with others. This alone encourages you to use less energy . This app does what I want it to do
Can't open my bills which makes it useless Found the problem pdf file association was missing and I was not being asked which app to use reinstalled one reader now asked to choose from eight reader apps which is strange as reader apps are installed on my phone
This is one of the best, if not the best, energy companies I have been with. Everything is kept simple and straight forward and I can track my energy usage via this app, brilliant, thanks First Utility 😉
