Ratings and reviews

This app never sends me the notifications for when my son's bus is coming to pick him up, or drop him off. The afternoon notification will only sometimes work. But the morning notification, never works. I have to have the app open to watch the bus traveling. And the GPS often stops working, as it is. So then I have to call the bus company to ask for the ETA.

Firstview is mostly reliable, however they have broken Distance Based notifications about a half dozen times over the last school year and their support is always less than useful in actually reporting it internally. It truly is disappointing that this is the best that's out there: mediocre. The notifications are currently broken and their support has been dragging their feet for almost a week now.

unfortunately their GPS tracking is not always working and sometimes it's critical to know exactly where your child is, and when the bus will be arriving. also this app can kick you out of the system and it's not like I have passwords saved or written down so thats also annoying. but other than those two things I appreciate when it is up and working right unlike today 🤦‍♀️ Who wants to stand outside in the cold 🥶 freezing until whenever?
