4/1/26: app logged me out after update & now I can't log in. Not receiving requested OTP—I restarted my phone, cleared the cache, checked SMS/permissions, checked spam, made sure my service carrier isn't blocking messages from the app, & tried uninstalling & reinstalling—still no OTP. And my financial institution explicitly says they do not have the ability to request a "reset the registration attempt" or "re-enable access" in their system. Basically, there's no customer service for this app.

Not a very good experience with this it's protected me so much that it locked me out or something was always wrong and I'm always having issues with my bank debit card but I'm not using this anymore and I diffently are not updating it 🙃 lol

I locked my card with this App, now it won't open because of some internal error so my card is locked until they fix the problem with the App. DO NOT DONWNLOAD THIS APP. Its more trouble than HELP!! Do not download this App It Is A SCAM!!!!!!
