My card was declined when attempting to pay on 3 separate occasions this past weekend, 2x at different restaurants and 1x at Costco, stating transaction declined because moto was disabled. I was not attempting to pay for anything over the phone, I was paying for a dine in meal and in-store purchase. It seems you cannot limit that transaction control to actual mail or phone orders without it declining in person transactions as well. Not a fan!

The app doesn't even work. I put in my card number to make an account, but it says that the information is incorrect. Even if i scan my card using the in-app camera, it still tells me that the information is incorrect. There's also no way to contact support, so there's nothing i can do. I dont understand why American Eagle would switch from SecurLock to this.

I don't know why People First FCU switch to this app because it is trash. If you read the reviews one after another after another says how bad it is but yet nothing gets fixed. I used my banking credentials to login when I installed it, but I will not change my keyboard to have an app run and be functional. I get zero notifications through my phone. If there's unauthorized use how would anyone know? The previous app that we had been using was perfectly fine.
