I normally use this app to keep my credit card frozen and only unlocked for the few moments it is in use. Unfortunately the latest update will not finish the login process. It hangs after entering the pin number. So now I am not able to use any of my credit cards. In the future, even if this critical issue does get fixed, I am hesitant to use it.

My card was declined when attempting to pay on 3 separate occasions this past weekend, 2x at different restaurants and 1x at Costco, stating transaction declined because moto was disabled. I was not attempting to pay for anything over the phone, I was paying for a dine in meal and in-store purchase. It seems you cannot limit that transaction control to actual mail or phone orders without it declining in person transactions as well. Not a fan!

4/1/26: app logged me out after update & now I can't log in. Not receiving requested OTP—I restarted my phone, cleared the cache, checked SMS/permissions, checked spam, made sure my service carrier isn't blocking messages from the app, & tried uninstalling & reinstalling—still no OTP. And my financial institution explicitly says they do not have the ability to request a "reset the registration attempt" or "re-enable access" in their system. Basically, there's no customer service for this app.
