Sometimes I get my transaction notifications immediately, sometimes I don't get them at all. And since the latest update (06/24/2025), sometimes the app opens after I enter my security pin, & sometimes the app just gets stuck loading without ever opening. All of which makes it a bit difficult to keep track of my account balance.

I normally use this app to keep my credit card frozen and only unlocked for the few moments it is in use. Unfortunately the latest update will not finish the login process. It hangs after entering the pin number. So now I am not able to use any of my credit cards. In the future, even if this critical issue does get fixed, I am hesitant to use it.

for most recent update i had to delete the app and reinstall and enter my bank user name and password then the card info and it's working great. hope this helps. also you can't have third party apps installed or the option to have them from other sources turned on in your phone or it won't work for security reasons. hope this helps
